Rental Related Questions

Yes, all equipment needed will be provided at the time of rental. We take serious precaution with sanitation—everything used is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized per guest.

No, the pack is available for no extra charge

Yes, locks will be provided at no additional charge.

We recommend that you stay on the paved bike path and trails. If a flat occurs, give us a call at 805-340-8180 and we will meet you at your location, give you another bike and transport the flat tire bike back to the shop.

No, for your safety, these bikes must be operated with closed toe shoes at all times.

All riders must be at least 16 years old.

Yes, every person will be asked to sign a waiver and watch the two-minute video online or at the store for safety guidelines.

 We are open Weds - Friday 11am - 5pm, Sat and Sun 9am - 5pm. Mon / Tues rental reservations by appointment only.
